Schedule: US Rotational Shifts (5 days working, 2 rotational days off)

​About the Role:

We are actively hiring a highly skilled French Language Specialist on behalf of an esteemed, top-tier organization based in Gurugram. This role is designed for a customer-centric professional with advanced fluency in both French and English. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional support, resolving complex queries, and maintaining a high standard of service for international clients.

​Key Responsibilities:

- ​Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers, delivering premium support and swift resolutions.
- ​Analyze customer inquiries and apply strong problem-solving skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- ​Translate, interpret, and communicate complex information between French and English seamlessly.




- ​Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
- ​Adapt to evolving workflows and collaborate with internal teams to elevate the overall customer experience.

​Required Qualifications & Skills:

- ​Education/Certification: Master’s Degree in French OR a valid C1-level French language certification is strictly required.
- ​Language Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- ​Experience: Proven track record in customer service, client relations, or a related role requiring analytical problem-solving.
- ​Flexibility: High adaptability and willingness to work exclusively in US rotational shifts.
- ​Location: Must be currently residing in or around Gurugram.
