Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida. As a Freight Broker at First Connect Worldwide, you will be responsible for a range of day-to-day tasks, including freight brokerage, customer service, dispatching, and account management. You will work in a dynamic and challenging environment, ensuring that shipments are moved safely and efficiently to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

· Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills

· Customer Service and logistics Management skills

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Detail-oriented and organized

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Experience in the logistics and transportation industry is a plus

· Generating leads, attracting current prospects, and developing a sales pipeline.





· Identifying and selecting reputable and safe freight carriers.

· Providing shipping quotes to customers.

· Assisting in the preparation of carriers for loads.

· Monitoring the status of loads.

· Working with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to coordinate.

· Maintaining accurate records of pertinent activities.

· Informing customers about shipment status and assisting with other inquiries

Target : 1000$ Only

15 to 25% incentive

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
