Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Technical Trainer specializing in UML modeling, embedded systems, and modern C++ programming. The trainer will deliver practical, industry-oriented training focused on object-oriented analysis and design, UML-based system modeling, and the systematic translation of UML models into maintainable, production-quality C++ code.

The training should emphasize real-world embedded system applications, hands-on exercises, practical demonstrations, and code walkthroughs rather than purely theoretical or academic concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver technical training on UML modeling and object-oriented design for embedded systems.
- Explain UML diagrams, including class, sequence, state machine, activity, and component diagrams, using real-world embedded system case studies.
- Demonstrate how to translate UML models into modern C++ implementations.
- Teach object-oriented analysis and design principles, design patterns, and software architecture concepts relevant to embedded applications.
- Develop practical exercises, case studies, coding assignments, and hands-on demonstrations.
- Conduct live code walkthroughs demonstrating the relationship between UML models and C++ code.
- Explain the application of UML and C++ in areas such as automotive embedded systems, industrial automation,



medical devices, and other embedded products.
- Guide participants in designing modular, reusable, maintainable, and testable embedded software.
- Provide feedback, clarify technical queries, and assess participants' learning outcomes.
- Customize the training content according to the client's technical requirements and participants' experience levels.

Required Skills and Technical Expertise

- Robust expertise in UML modeling and software design.
- Proficiency in modern C++ (C++11, C++14, C++17 or later).
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, analysis, and design principles.
- Experience with embedded software development and real-time or resource-constrained systems.
- Ability to map UML diagrams and design models to practical C++ code.
- Knowledge of state machines, event-driven systems, interfaces, abstraction, and modular software architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with tools such as Enterprise Architect, IBM Rhapsody, PlantUML, or similar UML modeling tools.
- Knowledge of unit testing, debugging, software integration, and embedded software development workflows.
- Previous experience delivering corporate technical training or mentoring engineering teams.
