About Apna Electrician

Apna Electrician is a growing electrical contracting company focused on residential, commercial and industrial electrical projects. We provide electrical installation, building electrification, commercial fit-out, industrial electrical work, CCTV, networking, smart automation and electrical maintenance services.

We are looking for motivated freelance sales professionals and business development partners who can independently identify potential clients, generate qualified leads and help us acquire new projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business leads for commercial, industrial and building electrical projects.
- Connect with builders, developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, MEP consultants, project management consultants and industrial companies.
- Identify upcoming construction projects, commercial fit-outs, factories, warehouses, offices and other potential opportunities.
- Conduct client outreach through calls, networking, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and field visits.
- Arrange client meetings, site visits and business discussions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with our team for quotations.
- Follow up with prospects and help convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
- Develop long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Share regular updates on leads, meetings,



quotations and project progress.

Compensation & Commission
- 100% commission-based earnings.
- No fixed salary or monthly retainer.
- Commission will be agreed upon in advance based on the project type, scope and profitability.
- Commission will be payable according to the agreed terms after the relevant customer payment is received by the company.
- Higher earnings are possible by converting larger projects and generating repeat business.

Who Can Apply?
- Freelancers, independent sales professionals and part-time business development executives.
- Candidates with experience in electrical contracting, construction, real estate, interior design, MEP, building materials or B2B sales are preferred.
- Individuals with existing relationships with architects, builders, contractors, industrial clients or commercial establishments.
- Candidates who can independently identify prospects and generate business without relying entirely on company-provided leads.
- Freshers with strong networking and lead-generation abilities may also apply.

Work Flexibility
