Role & responsibilities

Safety & PSM Assessments

- Conduct customized Safety, Workplace, and Process Safety Management (PSM) assessments and audits based on client requirements and global methodologies.
- Evaluate organizational safety management systems, operational controls, and compliance with applicable regulations and industry best practices.
- Perform detailed site walkthroughs, interviews, document reviews, and field verifications.
- Identify gaps, areas for improvement, and potential operational risks.

Project Delivery & Client Engagement

- Lead or participate in multidisciplinary assessment teams.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of assessment within agreed timelines and scope.
- Develop comprehensive audit and assessment reports, including findings, risk evaluations, and recommendations.
- Present observations and recommendations to client management and senior leadership teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification Requirements

- Bachelors degree in engineering from a recognized university.
- Postgraduate qualification, Diploma, or Certification in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, Process Safety,



or related disciplines are preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant industrial experience.
- Experience in the sectors of Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Steel & Metals, Cement, Mining & Minerals, Energy & Utilities, Automotive Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering
- Hands-on experience in Safety, Process Safety, Operations, Maintenance, Production.
- Previous experience conducting third-party audits, assessments, inspections, or management system audits is highly desirable.
- Exposure to Process Safety Management systems and implementation is essential. Preferred Auditor Experience
- 2-4 years of experience conducting internal or external audits.
- Experience with ISO management systems audits will be advantageous.
- Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 45001 and/or integrated management systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with risk-based auditing methodologies and performance improvement assessments.
- Travel to client locations across India will be required.
