As a Printing Technology Trainer , you will be responsible for the delivery of structured training modules covering management practices, printing operations, post press, and mechanical systems. You will engage with learners through classroom sessions, lab-based practicals, expert mentoring and industry-focused case studies to build competency and align skills with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver training sessions across one or more domains: Printing, Pre press, Post press, Mechanical Systems, or Leadership Practices .

- Conduct theory and practical modules , including demonstrations and workflow integration.

- Train participants in standards, SOPs, and troubleshooting techniques .

- Guide learners on emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, AR/VR, IoT, Industry 4.0)

- Support skill assessment, reporting, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:
