Job Overview

Tutrain is looking for knowledgeable and passionate Freelance Accountancy Tutors to conduct personalized one-on-one online classes for school students across Indian and international curricula.

The ideal candidates should have strong Accountancy subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain accounting concepts clearly through practical examples, numerical problems, and interactive teaching methods.

Tutors with expertise in one or more of the following curricula are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized one-on-one online Accountancy classes for school students.
- Teach accounting concepts according to the relevant curriculum and grade level.
- Explain topics such as journal entries, ledger accounts, trial balance, financial statements, depreciation, and other relevant accounting concepts.
- Support students with homework, assignments, practice questions, and examination preparation.
- Help students understand accounting principles through practical examples and problem-solving exercises.
- Identify learning gaps and customize lessons according to individual student needs.
- Resolve doubts and strengthen students' conceptual understanding.
- Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, and learning materials as required.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain punctuality and deliver engaging, high-quality online classes.





Eligibility Criteria
- Strong knowledge of Accountancy and related subjects.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Teaching or tutoring experience in CBSE, ICSE/ISC, IB, IGCSE, GCSE, US, UK, or Australian curricula is an advantage.
- Good communication and explanation skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different curricula, grade levels, and student requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a student-focused approach to teaching.

Technical Requirements
- Laptop or desktop computer.
- Stable internet connection.
- Functional camera and microphone.
- A suitable environment for conducting online classes.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital teaching tools.

A pen tablet or digital writing tool is preferred for explaining accounting entries, numerical problems, and financial statements during online sessions.
