About Apna Electrician

Apna Electrician is a Pune-based electrical contracting and services company working towards commercial and industrial electrical projects, building electrification, office fit-outs, electrical maintenance, CCTV and networking solutions.

We are expanding our B2B project pipeline and looking for a result-oriented Lead Generation Executive who can identify genuine business opportunities and connect us with the right decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify commercial and industrial projects across Pune and nearby industrial areas.
- Research builders, developers, architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, project management consultants (PMCs), main contractors, factories, warehouses and commercial establishments.
- Find relevant decision-makers, including project managers, procurement managers, owners and facility managers.
- Identify upcoming or ongoing projects where electrical contractors or service partners may be required.
- Collect and verify company details, contact numbers, email addresses, project locations and requirements.
- Maintain an organised lead database in Google Sheets or CRM.
- Coordinate with our telecalling/business development team for follow-ups and meetings.
- Provide regular updates on leads generated and their quality.

Commission & Incentive Structure 1. Qualified Project Lead — ₹150–₹300 per lead A lead with relevant decision-maker details and a genuine or identifiable requirement for commercial/industrial electrical work, building electrification, office fit-outs, CCTV or networking projects.

Additional Meeting Incentive — ₹200–₹300 per meeting

Paid when a qualified meeting with the relevant decision-maker or project representative actually takes place.

Important: Lead and meeting payments are subject to verification. The meeting incentive is additional only when the meeting is attended and meets the agreed qualification criteria. Duplicate, inaccurate, irrelevant or previously registered leads will not qualify.

Payment Terms

- Payouts will be calculated monthly based on approved leads and completed qualified meetings.
- Lead details must be entered into the company-approved Google Sheet/CRM with the date of submission.
- Existing company leads and duplicate contacts are excluded unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- No fixed monthly salary is offered for this freelance role.
- There is no guaranteed minimum earning; earnings depend on approved output and lead quality.
- Commission rates and qualification criteria will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Who Can Apply?
- Freshers, freelancers, students and experienced lead-generation professionals.
- Candidates with experience in B2B research, telecalling, sales support, construction, real estate, electrical products, MEP or industrial businesses will have an advantage.
- Good internet research, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to use Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Google Maps and company websites for prospect research.
- Self-motivated candidates who can work independently and meet weekly targets.

Preferred Target Areas Pune, PCMC, Kharadi, Hadapsar, Hinjewadi, Baner, Balewadi, Wakad, Chakan, Bhosari MIDC, Talegaon and other commercial/industrial areas around Pune.
