We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager who can identify potential franchise investors, generate qualified leads, build relationships with prospective business owners, and convert opportunities into successful franchise partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Glam Luxe Salon through franchise partnerships.
- Generate franchise leads through LinkedIn, digital channels, networking, referrals, outbound calling, and other lead-generation activities.
- Identify and connect with prospective franchise investors, entrepreneurs, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Respond to franchise enquiries, qualify prospects, conduct follow-ups, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Explain the franchise business model, investment requirements, brand offering, and partnership process to prospective franchisees.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and discussions with potential investors.
- Convert qualified leads into franchise agreements and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong database of prospective franchise partners.




- Coordinate with internal teams for franchise documentation, onboarding, and partner handover.
- Track sales performance, lead conversion, and pipeline progress through regular reporting.

Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in sales, business development, franchise sales, or B2B sales.
- Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate with prospects, and close deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience selling high-value services, business opportunities, franchises, or investment-led offerings is preferred.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from initial enquiry to deal closure.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, LinkedIn, and sales reporting is an advantage.
