Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Franchise Manager role based in banglore karnataka The Franchise Manager will oversee daily operations of franchise outlets, ensuring adherence to brand standards, quality, hygiene, and customer service guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with franchise partners, monitoring sales performance, implementing promotional activities, and supporting store-level staff in meeting operational and financial targets. The role also involves conducting regular store visits, training franchise teams on processes and policies,



managing vendor and supply relationships, and preparing periodic reports for management.

The Franchise

Manager will work closely with central leadership to support regional expansion and maintain a consistent brand experience across all outlets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in franchise operations, store management, and daily café or QSR workflows.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with franchise partners, vendors, and local stakeholders.
- Experience in sales monitoring, basic financial analysis, and performance reporting.
- Proficiency in team training, staff supervision, and performance coaching.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve operational issues on-site.
- Prior experience in food and beverage, retail, or franchise management is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Buldhana and conduct frequent visits to franchise outlets.
