Role Description The Founder's Office role is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. This role supports the founder across strategic planning, project management, and day-to-day business operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional initiatives, preparing presentations and reports, tracking key metrics, and ensuring timely execution of strategic projects. The position involves market and competitive research, synthesizing insights, and contributing to decision-making on client strategies, internal processes, and new service offerings. The individual will also handle stakeholder communication, schedule management, and follow-ups to keep priorities aligned and projects on track.





Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities, including comfort with market research, competitor analysis, and interpreting data for decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to prepare clear presentations, reports, and client-ready documents.
- Proven organizational and project management skills , including planning, prioritization, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking, with an interest in marketing, brand building, and growth-focused initiatives.
- Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace or MS Office, project management platforms such as Asana, Notion, or similar).
- Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and maintain confidentiality while operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field; relevant internships or experience in consulting, startups, or agencies is an advantage.
- Interest or exposure to fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury sectors is a plus.
