Role Description The Founder Office - Growth Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position involves working closely with the founders to support strategic growth initiatives, including market research, data analysis, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires preparing presentations and reports, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking key metrics to support decision-making.

The Growth

Executive will assist in project management, streamline operational processes, and help implement growth experiments across different functions.



This person will also contribute to building strong client relationships and representing the founder’s office in internal and external interactions.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct structured research and analyze data to derive insights for growth initiatives.
- Robust skills in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership review.
- Comfort with project management, coordination across teams, and tracking progress on multiple initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with founders, colleagues, and clients.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
