Scientist – FRD / Technology Transfer / IPR

Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand

Experience: 4–9 Years

Qualification: M.Pharm / Ph.D. in a relevant pharmaceutical discipline

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced pharmaceutical professionals for Formulation Research & Development (FRD), Technology Transfer (TT), and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) roles to support formulation development, product scale-up, manufacturing transfer, and intellectual property-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Scientist – FRD (Formulation Research & Development)

- Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations for OSD and injectable dosage forms.
- Conduct formulation trials, evaluate results, and support stability studies.
- Prepare development reports, batch manufacturing records, and technical documentation.
- Support scale-up, troubleshooting, and product development activities.

2. Scientist – Technology Transfer (TT)

- Coordinate technology transfer from R&D; to manufacturing.
- Support scale-up, exhibit batches, process optimization, and process validation activities.




- Prepare and review technology transfer protocols, reports, and batch documentation.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, QA, and QC teams to ensure smooth manufacturing transfer.

3. Scientist – IPR (Intellectual Property Rights)

- Conduct patent searches, literature reviews, and patentability assessments.
- Support patent landscaping, freedom-to-operate (FTO) assessments, and prior-art analysis.
- Assist in patent drafting, technical documentation, and intellectual property management.
- Coordinate with R&D;, regulatory teams, and external patent professionals.

Required Skills
- Relevant hands-on experience in FRD, Technology Transfer, or IPR.
- Strong technical documentation and analytical skills.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical development, GMP requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Positive coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
