Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager at HSQUARE will oversee daily food service operations, ensuring high-quality offerings and a consistent guest experience across all dining areas. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai includes managing menus, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. The manager will handle staff scheduling, training, and performance, while promoting a culture of attentive, friendly customer service.

The role also involves managing budgets, tracking costs, optimizing revenue,



and collaborating with management on F&B; promotions and community events tailored to students and young professionals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage management skills, including menu oversight and quality control.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities to deliver a consistent, guest-focused hospitality experience.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to onboard, coach, and develop food and beverage staff.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to manage costs, control inventory, and support revenue goals.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, hostels, or lifestyle properties is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and compliance requirements is beneficial.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
