Role Description The FO.HK & Kitchen Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based at Centro Hotels in the Pune Division. This role involves supporting front office operations, including welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth stays. Housekeeping responsibilities include maintaining guest rooms and common areas to high cleanliness and hygiene standards, replenishing supplies, and reporting maintenance needs.

In the kitchen, the role includes basic food preparation, assisting with cooking tasks under supervision, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and following food safety and hygiene guidelines.



The position requires close collaboration with hotel leadership and colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality service and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation and Cooking to assist with daily kitchen operations.
- Candidates should possess robust Hygiene and basic food safety practices to maintain clean and safe guest and kitchen environments.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service abilities to respond to guest needs, resolve issues, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Previous experience in front office, housekeeping, or kitchen roles in hospitality is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, professional attitude toward guests and team members.
- Basic understanding of hotel operations; local language proficiency and functional English are an advantage.
