Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales, distribution, market expansion, and team performance across Azamgarh and nearby markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Appoint and manage maximum possible distributors, dealers, and stockists in the assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard new vendors, retailers, wholesalers, and key outlets.
- Expand market coverage and develop new territories.
- Drive primary and secondary sales.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Ensure product availability, stock management, visibility, and merchandising.
- Plan and monitor sales routes, beats, and outlet coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits and analyze competitor activities.
- Lead, train,



and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
- Identify recent business opportunities and increase market share.
