- Experience: Generally 1+ years of hands-on experience in an authorized or multi-brand passenger/commercial vehicle workshop.

- Job Cards & MIS Reports: Maintain accurate job cards, work allocation sheets, daily management information system (MIS) reports, and productivity logs.
- 5S & Cleanliness: Uphold workshop discipline, organization, and 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Safety & EHS: Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environment (EHS) guidelines, making sure tools and heavy equipment are well-maintained and safely used.
