About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Flutter Developer with at least 6 months of hands-on experience in mobile application development. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying cross-platform mobile applications for both Android and iOS.

We are particularly interested in candidates who understand how to use modern AI-powered development tools to build applications faster, solve technical problems, improve code quality, and develop new features efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build cross-platform applications for Android and iOS.
- Deploy Android applications to the Google Play Store and iOS applications to the Apple App Store.
- Integrate REST APIs, authentication systems, databases, notifications, and third-party services.
- Debug issues, fix bugs, optimize app performance, and ensure a smooth user experience.
- Collaborate with the product, design, and backend development teams.
- Use AI-powered coding tools to accelerate development, generate code, debug errors, and implement new features.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter frameworks, development practices, and AI technologies.
- Maintain existing applications and implement updates based on business requirements.
- Follow basic security, coding standards, and version-control practices using Git.

Required Technical Skills
- Minimum 6 months of practical experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Knowledge of Flutter widgets, state management, navigation,



and responsive UI development.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data.
- Understanding of Firebase or other backend services.
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Ability to test and debug applications on real Android and iOS devices.
- Practical knowledge of the app release process for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Ability to troubleshoot build errors, dependency conflicts, and deployment issues.

AI Tools & Modern Development Skills Candidates should be familiar with modern AI-assisted development tools, such as:
- Claude AI / Claude Code – AI-assisted coding, debugging, and application development.
- Cursor AI – AI-powered code editing and development.
- GitHub Copilot – Code completion and AI-assisted programming.
- ChatGPT – Technical problem-solving, code generation, and development planning.
- Google Gemini – AI-assisted development and problem-solving.
- Cloud AI / cloud-based AI coding tools – Using AI-powered platforms to build, test, and improve applications.

Candidates should understand how to use these tools responsibly, verify AI-generated code, fix errors, and integrate the resulting code into a working application. Experience building features or complete app prototypes with AI assistance will be an advantage. iOS Deployment Requirement

Hands-on iOS deployment experience is an important requirement.





The candidate should understand the process of:

- Configuring an iOS app for release.
- Managing app signing, certificates, provisioning profiles, and bundle identifiers.
- Building and archiving an iOS application using Xcode.
- Uploading builds through App Store Connect.
- Managing TestFlight testing and understanding the App Store submission process.

Candidates who have successfully deployed at least one app to the Apple App Store will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience publishing at least one Android or iOS application.
- A portfolio of personal, freelance, internship, or skilled projects.
- Experience with Firebase Cloud Messaging, push notifications, and deep links.
- Basic understanding of backend APIs and database integration.
- Experience using AI tools to develop applications or implement complex features.
- A problem-solving mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
