- Oversee daily operations on the shop floor and ensure targets are met.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments.
- Monitor productivity, manpower, and resource utilization.
- Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and process standards.
- Coordinate material dispatch and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement.
- Guide and motivate the team for better performance.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management.
