We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and creative person to manage the daily operations of our bouquet and flower shop.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily shop operations from opening in the morning until closing time.
- Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable flowers and bouquets.
- Build and maintain valuable customer relationships by providing excellent service.
- Create beautiful bouquets, flower arrangements, and customized floral gifts.
- Maintain flower freshness, shop cleanliness, and attractive product displays.
- Handle customer orders, enquiries, and basic order management.
- Ensure the shop runs smoothly and customers have a positive shopping experience.

Requirements




- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Friendly, polite, and responsible attitude.
- Interest in flowers, creativity, and bouquet making.
- Willingness to learn and manage shop responsibilities independently.
- Freshers are welcome; complete training in bouquet making and shop operations will be provided.
