Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and passionate Fitness Trainer to join our team at 9Round Fitness, HSR Layout. The ideal candidate should enjoy fitness, be enthusiastic about helping clients achieve their fitness goals, and be comfortable conducting high-energy workout sessions.
Key Responsibilities Conduct and demonstrate fitness workouts, including kickboxing-inspired and functional training exercises. Guide members through workout stations and ensure correct exercise techniques. Motivate clients and provide personalized fitness guidance based on their needs.
Monitor members’ workout performance and ensure proper form and safety. Assist with member onboarding, fitness assessments,
and progress tracking. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the workout area.
Build positive relationships with members and encourage consistent participation.
Requirements 0–4 years of experience in fitness training; freshers with a robust interest in fitness may also apply.
Certification in Personal Training, Fitness Training, or a related field is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fitness, exercise, and helping others achieve their goals.
