WE’RE HIRING | FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Experience: 15–18 Years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Industry: Manufacturing | Steel / Mining Preferred

Salary: Up to 68 LPA (in hand)

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead commercial finance activities, strengthen financial controls, and drive business profitability for a leading organization in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead annual budgeting, KPI planning, monthly MIS reporting, and profitability analysis.
- Manage working capital, inventory control, and commercial finance operations.
- Conduct product-wise and customer-wise profitability analysis to support pricing decisions.
- Drive cost optimization, plant productivity improvements, and financial planning for new projects.
- Oversee procurement-related commercial activities, vendor contracts, and import purchase processes.
- Strengthen internal controls, audit processes, SOPs, and statutory compliance.
- Lead ERP implementation and process standardization across business units.




- Coordinate with senior leadership, business heads, auditors, and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

- CA qualification with 15–18 years of experience in commercial finance within manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, project financing, cost analysis, and working capital management.
- Proven experience in inventory management, internal controls, audits, and ERP implementation.
- Steel or mining industry experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in Nigeria or the African market will be an added advantage.
