Role Description The Finance Specialist - Fintech/E-Commerce/Retail will manage day-to-day financial operations and reporting for Crepdog Crew’s retail and online business.

Responsibilities include reviewing and preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flows, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and assisting with reconciliations and month-end closing activities. The role involves collaborating closely with e-commerce, retail operations, and management teams to analyze sales performance, payment gateways, and transaction data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.

The Finance





Specialist will also support pricing decisions, cost analysis, inventory-related financial tracking, and provide insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency. This is a full time, on-site role based in Saket.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Working Hours : 11am-8pm

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, including familiarity with retail and e-commerce financial processes.
- Candidates should possess the ability to interpret and prepare Financial Statements and perform basic financial analysis.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data, transaction trends, and cost structures.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting financial insights.
- Relevant experience in fintech, e-commerce, or retail finance is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial software (e.g., Excel, accounting or ERP tools) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is desirable.
- Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment are important.
