Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with 4–5 years of relevant experience and a strong background in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, cash-flow management, financial controls, and management reporting.

The role will focus on financial management and business decision support, rather than day-to-day accounting or CFO-level responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Analyse revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial performance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS for management.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.
- Track actual performance against budgets and identify variances.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decisions.
- Develop and monitor financial KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Support cost-control and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Evaluate financial impact of new projects, investments, and business decisions.
- Monitor departmental budgets and spending.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify business risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
- Support management in financial planning and strategic decision-making.
- Establish and monitor financial controls and internal processes.
- Assist in improving finance processes, reporting systems, and automation.
- Prepare financial projections and scenario analysis when required.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external financial stakeholders when required.

Qualification & Experience

Essential:

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Finance / Financial Management.
- M.Com qualification.
- CMA qualified candidates preferred/required.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Valuable understanding of business finance and financial decision-making.

Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent numerical and financial reasoning ability.
- Ability to interpret financial data and convert it into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and management-reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage financial priorities.
- Experience with ERP/HRMS/financial software is an advantage.
- Power BI or financial dashboard experience is an added advantage.

Role Boundary This position is primarily responsible for financial management and analysis.

It is not primarily an Accounting Manager role involving day-to-day bookkeeping, voucher entry, ledger management, or routine accounting operations.

It is also not a CFO position. The Finance Manager will support the Management through financial analysis, reporting, planning, controls, and recommendations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
