- Manage Plant P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Drive cost analysis, product costing, and margin improvement initiatives.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and CAPEX investments.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Leadership teams.
- Ensure compliance, internal controls, audits, and inventory governance.
Requirements:
- CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance).
- 9-12 years of manufacturing/plant finance experience.
- Solid knowledge of costing, FP&A;, and P&L; management.
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and ERP (QAD preferred).
- Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role.
