Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern who is eager to learn and gain practical exposure to finance and accounting operations. The candidate will assist the finance team with financial documentation, data entry, reconciliations, reporting, and day-to-day accounting activities.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical financial skills, understand business finance operations, and gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the finance team with daily accounting and financial activities.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and statements.
- Assist with invoice processing, billing, and expense tracking.
- Help maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Perform basic bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
- Assist in collecting, organising, and validating financial data.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other financial records.
- Assist in tracking expenses, budgets, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation and data collection.




- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality while handling financial information.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Students pursuing CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or other finance-related qualifications are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with the finance team.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with financial statements, reconciliations, and invoice processing.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation concepts is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
