Finance Trainee / Executive

Designation: Finance Trainee / Executive (Based on Experience)

Qualification: CMA (Cost and Management Accountancy)

Location: Hyderabad / Medchal

Job Summary

We are looking for a CMA-qualified candidate to support costing, plant finance, GST compliance, and invoice processing, with a primary focus on cost analysis and cost control in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Costing & Cost Analysis

- Prepare product cost sheets and analyse raw material, packaging, labour, processing, and overhead costs.
- Analyse cost variances, material consumption, production yield, and wastage.
- Support standard costing, inventory valuation, cost reconciliation, and cost optimisation.
- Prepare costing reports and MIS in coordination with production, procurement, and stores teams.

2. Plant Finance

- Support plant budgeting, financial reporting, and manufacturing expense monitoring.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation, stock valuation, and plant-level cost control.

3. GST & Tax Compliance





- Assist in GST calculations, return preparation, and Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation.
- Verify GST invoices and maintain compliance documentation.

4. Invoice Processing & Other Finance Activities

- Verify and process vendor bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Assist in accounting entries and vendor account reconciliation.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of costing, cost analysis, and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Basic knowledge of plant finance, GST, and invoice processing.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC and HANA or other ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and coordination abilities.

Preferred Candidate A CMA-qualified candidate with a strong interest in manufacturing finance, costing, and cost control. The designation will be offered as Finance Trainee or Finance Executive based on the candidates experience and skill set.
