Nyai Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (NYAI) is looking for a Finance Executive - Fresher to join our team in Pune.

What You'll Do

- Assist with day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and supporting financial documents.
- Support GST-related activities, including IGST, CGST, and SGST.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and banking-related transactions.
- Support the preparation of company MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and payment records.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and assist with month-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and maintain finance-related information.

What We're Looking For




- B.Com graduate or equivalent commerce qualification.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Knowledge of taxation and GST, including IGST, CGST, and SGST.
- Understanding of banking operations, ledgers, and bank reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of company MIS reporting and Profit & Loss statements.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, including formulas and data management.
- Good numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- A willingness to learn, take ownership, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have
- Internship or practical exposure in accounting, taxation, or finance.
- Familiarity with Tally/Tally Prime.
- Exposure to invoicing, GST documentation, and financial reporting.
- Basic understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
