Finance Assistant to CFO

Qualification: MBA in Finance (Mandatory)

Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the CFO in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Analyze financial statements, costs, profitability, and cash flow.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Conduct budget variance analysis and monitor financial KPIs.
- Support financial modeling and data-driven decision-making.
- Identify financial risks, cost-saving opportunities, and performance trends.

Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial analysis.
- Understanding of accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Experience: Relevant experience preferred; fresh MBA Finance graduates with strong analytical skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
