Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Head to lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function at 1FC Group of Companies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audit management, and team leadership.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, timely statutory compliance, effective financial controls, and smooth day-to-day accounting operations across the group.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations across the group companies.
- Prepare, review, and monitor financial statements, management reports, and MIS.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory filings and payments.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, tax audits, and maintain all supporting documentation.
- Review and reconcile bank accounts, general ledgers, debtors, creditors, and intercompany transactions.
- Ensure ROC compliance and proper maintenance of statutory registers and corporate records.
- Supervise the Finance & Accounts team, allocate responsibilities, and monitor accuracy and deadlines.
- Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and accounting controls.
- Identify accounting discrepancies, investigate variances, and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Improve accounting processes, reporting systems, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience





- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a corporate group, financial services, stockbroking, or a related industry.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and finalization of accounts.
- Hands-on expertise in GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Working knowledge of ROC filings, audit procedures, and regulatory documentation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Experience in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, financial analysis, and MIS reporting.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution.

Qualification Requirements

- MBA in Finance or M.Com.
- CA qualification as required by the organization's criteria.
- Relevant professional experience in managing end-to-end accounting and finance operations.

Coordination Requirements The Accounts Head will coordinate with the Finance & Accounts team, senior management, auditors, tax consultants, banks, regulatory authorities, the Compliance team, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth accounting operations, accurate financial reporting, timely tax filings, audit readiness, and statutory compliance.
