? WE’RE HIRING | Manager – Finance & Accounting

? Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

? Qualification: CA / CPA / CIMA / ACCA

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – Finance & Accounting to lead our accounting team and oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and supervise the accounting team across all finance and accounting functions.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, General Ledger, banking, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, depreciation, prepaid expenses, and intercompany accounting.
- Ensure timely monthly book closure using Oracle NetSuite and QuickBooks .
- Prepare monthly financial and operational reports, KPI dashboards, variance analyses, and management reports.
- Support external audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- Set team objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal and international teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

? Required Qualifications & Skills
- CA / CPA / CIMA / ACCA qualified.




- 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred; knowledge of QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP is an advantage.
- Solid Excel, financial reporting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

? Working Hours Flexibility to work in US shifts, typically 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM . Depending on business requirements, shifts may also be 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM .
