Job Summary

We are looking for Field Survey & Service Engineers to visit customer locations, assess electrical consumption and site conditions, collect technical information, and support preliminary feasibility assessments, maintenance, and service activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customer sites for technical surveys.
- Review electricity bills and record energy consumption, connected load, and recorded or maximum demand wherever applicable.
- Identify operating electrical equipment and machinery, their capacities, and daily operating hours.
- Assess daytime and nighttime power requirements and backup needs.
- Inspect existing solar installations, inverters, batteries, and related electrical infrastructure.
- Assess potential wind turbine installation areas, surrounding obstructions, and wind measurement requirements.
- Evaluate rooftop area, shading, orientation,



and the need for structural assessments for solar installations.
- Record site measurements, photographs, observations, and relevant technical details.
- Prepare site assessment reports for review by the engineering and design teams.
- Assist with system inspections, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and after-sales service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support technical assessments and service assignments.

Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or a related engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with relevant field experience will have an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and energy consumption.
- Ability to read electricity bills and understand electrical equipment specifications.
- Positive observation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and report-writing skills.
- Willingness to learn renewable energy technologies.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Work Requirements
- Willingness to travel to customer locations for site surveys and service assignments.
- Ability to work at different residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
- Freshers will receive technical training and supervised field exposure.
