Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to identify potential clients, schedule client appointments, and conduct regular face-to-face meetings at client locations. The candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding business requirements, promoting the company's software products and services, and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales activities.
- Schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients and visit their offices regularly.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client requirements and present the company's software products and services.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients to build long-term business relationships.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams to arrange product demonstrations and address client requirements.




- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on sales progress.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on client visits, meetings, appointments, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
- Experience in IT sales, software sales, or SaaS sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to schedule client appointments and conduct regular in-person meetings.
- Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
