About the Role

Everactiv is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the surgical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing the retail market, building strong customer relationships, generating business, and managing the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage retail sales across pharmacies, medical stores, and relevant distribution channels.
- Identify and source potential customers and current business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet retailers, pharmacists, distributors, and other healthcare channel partners.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation and product pitching to order booking and payment collection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while acquiring new accounts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups,



order fulfillment coordination, and outstanding payment recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market visits.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales within the surgical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Experience in retail sales, pharmacy sales, or channel sales will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for field sales.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing the complete sales cycle independently.
