Role Overview

We are looking for proactive field sales professionals to develop new clients and sell outdoor advertising and branding solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential advertisers, brands, agencies and local businesses.
- Arrange meetings with owners, marketing heads and decision-makers.
- Pitch hoardings, pole kiosks, transit advertising, outdoor branding and other available media.
- Understand campaign requirements and coordinate proposals with the internal team.
- Negotiate commercials within approved pricing and discount limits.
- Convert prospects into orders and develop repeat business.
- Maintain a weekly prospect pipeline, meeting reports and CRM records.
- Coordinate with operations for campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements





- Graduate with solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings within assigned territories.
- Ability to generate leads independently instead of relying only on company-provided enquiries.
- Basic computer skills and disciplined reporting.
- Experience in advertising, media, B2B services, real estate or related sales is desirable.

Performance Expectations

- Qualified new prospects and client meetings.
- Proposals submitted and follow-ups completed.
- New clients acquired and orders secured.
- Revenue, gross contribution and payment collection.
