Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to identify potential clients, conduct face-to-face meetings, promote our digital marketing and AI automation services, and convert business opportunities into paying customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and visit potential clients, including hospitals, IVF centres, clinics, real estate companies, salons, gyms, educational institutions, and other local businesses.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking events, referrals, and local business associations.
- Meet business owners, directors, doctors, and marketing managers to understand their business challenges.
- Explain Sky Vision AI's digital marketing, lead generation, CRM, and AI automation solutions.




- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with the internal sales or management team.
- Follow up with prospects, share proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Maintain a daily record of field visits, leads generated, meetings, and sales conversions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable meeting and pitching to business owners in person.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, CRM, or software services is an advantage.
- Ability to generate leads independently and manage follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally for client meetings.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and spreadsheets.

- Fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000, depending on experience.
