Job Overview

Nature Tree India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Officer (FSO) to expand its paint dealership network and increase sales in Sehore and nearby market areas. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to travel within the assigned territory, and the ability to build strong relationships with dealers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit paint shops, hardware stores, and building material dealers to generate new business.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and retailers for Nature Tree Paints.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Promote company products, schemes, offers, and new launches in the market.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase product availability in the assigned territory.
- Conduct market visits to understand competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Generate sales leads, follow up on prospective customers, and convert leads into business.




- Coordinate with the sales team regarding orders, payments, collections, and market feedback.
- Submit daily field visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in paints, building materials, hardware, or FMCG.
- Freshers with positive communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel across Sehore and nearby market areas.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic smartphone usage and reporting skills are required.
