Job Type: Full time | Field Sales Experience: 1–5 years Qualification: Any Graduate or Diploma Monthly CTC: ₹25,000–₹50,000, based on experience and suitability Benefits: Travel allowance + performance-linked monthly incentives : We are hiring Field Sales Executives to generate leads, meet customers, present our products and solutions, and achieve sales targets within their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking and company-assigned enquiries.
- Complete the required sales activities for 4–5 leads daily, including calls, visits, quotations and follow-ups.
- Meet customers, builders, contractors, architects, consultants and dealers to develop business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable solutions, prepare quotations and negotiate sales.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and convert enquiries into orders.
- Achieve assigned daily,



weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer details, lead status and sales activities in the CRM or reporting system daily.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and payment collection.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in field sales, direct sales or business development preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of the local market and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working towards sales targets.
