Role Description The Field Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day cafeteria and dining operations across assigned client locations. This role includes supervising field staff, coordinating food service schedules, and ensuring adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards. The supervisor monitors service delivery, addresses operational issues promptly, and works closely with food partners and facility management teams to maintain smooth operations.

Daily responsibilities involve tracking performance metrics,



managing shift rosters, conducting site inspections, and supporting rollout of new processes and initiatives. The role also requires engaging with client representatives and end users to resolve concerns, drive customer satisfaction, and continuously improve workplace dining experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and workforce scheduling.
- Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in Field Operations and Field Service within food services, hospitality, or facilities management.
- Candidates should possess solid Operations Management capabilities, including process implementation, compliance adherence, and resource optimization.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and respond to service feedback constructively.
- Relevant experience in institutional food services, catering, hospitality, or workplace cafeteria management is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in basic MS Office or similar tools.
- Ability to work on-site across multiple locations in Hyderabad, adapt to energetic operational needs, and maintain high standards under pressure.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, operations, business administration, or a related field preferred.
