Role Description The Field Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations across assigned client locations. This includes monitoring service delivery, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring security and safety protocols are followed, and supporting workplace services such as housekeeping and vendor management.

The role involves conducting regular site inspections, documenting issues, and following up on corrective actions to maintain service quality and compliance with company and client standards.

The Field

Officer will liaise with clients, internal teams, and service providers to address operational needs, support continuous improvement initiatives,



and report on performance metrics and incidents. The position requires flexible coordination across shifts or schedules as needed to support uninterrupted facility operations.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage facility operations, including routine inspections, coordination of maintenance activities, and oversight of housekeeping and workplace support services.
- Experience in vendor and contractor management, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and adherence to service level agreements.
- Knowledge of safety, security, and compliance practices within facility management, including incident reporting and implementation of corrective actions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, on-site staff, and cross-functional teams, with the ability to handle issues professionally.
- Competence in basic documentation and reporting, including use of digital tools or software to track tasks, log inspections, and prepare status updates.
- Relevant experience in facility management, operations, or a related field; prior exposure to corporate or commercial environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing operational requirements and priorities.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
