Role Description The Field Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot, responsible for driving brand visibility and lead generation in local and regional markets. In this role, the specialist plans and executes field marketing activities, including customer visits, trade events, site demonstrations, and promotional campaigns targeting manufacturers, distributors, and other key segments.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing territory-specific marketing plans, identifying prospective clients, nurturing leads,



and collaborating with the sales team to convert opportunities into business. The role involves collecting market feedback, analyzing competitor activities, and sharing insights with management to refine product positioning and campaigns. The specialist also maintains accurate records of outreach activities, prepares performance reports, and represents Lexa Bio Plast professionally in all external interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong market planning and field marketing skills, with experience designing and executing territory-focused campaigns.
- Proven ability in lead generation and sales support, including prospect identification, follow-up, and opportunity qualification.
- Excellent communication skills for client meetings, presentations, and coordination with internal teams.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and local business partners.
- Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related B2B industries is an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in the field, including frequent client visits and market travel around Rajkot and nearby regions.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking leads and reporting activities.
- Graduate degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline preferred; relevant field experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
