: Field Logistics Executive – Milk Run Operations

Job Locations: Trivandrum / Kochi (Cochin) / Raipur / Bangalore / Chennai

Vacancies: 1 Field Executive per location

Job Responsibilities

Manage daily field operations related to milk run logistics and scrap pickup activities.

Plan and coordinate pickup routes based on customer locations, PIN codes, order volume, and vehicle availability.

Ensure efficient route planning, vehicle utilization, and transportation cost optimization.

Coordinate with transporters, drivers, field agents, and warehouse teams for smooth pickup operations.

Monitor daily pickup schedules and ensure timely execution.

Identify nearby pickup locations and consolidate orders to reduce transportation costs.

Maintain daily MIS reports covering pickups, vehicle movement, pending orders, and operational issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Practical knowledge of milk run operations and logistics planning.

Candidates with prior experience in logistics planning,



route optimization, or transportation coordination will be preferred.

Good knowledge of local PIN codes, areas, routes, and geographical locations.

Experience in vehicle placement, transporter coordination, and fleet management.

Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily operational reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working in logistics planning, transportation operations, milk run operations, or reverse logistics will be given preference.
