- Generate leads and convert them into bookings.
- Build and maintain relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) and clients.
- Promote residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain daily sales reports and lead records.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Real estate sales experience preferred; freshers can also apply.
- Target-oriented with strong client-handling skills.
