Hiring Alert: Field Collection Executive - Ernakulam

KLM Assets Fin is inviting applications for the position of Field Collection Executive at our Ernakulam branch. The ideal candidate should possess valuable communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a target-oriented approach to collection activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment of installments and outstanding dues.
- Conduct field visits within the assigned territory as required.
- Facilitate payment collection through authorized collection machines and maintain daily transaction reports.
- Address customer enquiries regarding payments and outstanding balances.
- Maintain updated records of collection activities and customer interactions.




- Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth collection operations and achieve assigned targets.

Qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred. Experience: 1–2 years in NBFC, Chit Fund, or Financial Services.

Preferred Location: Candidates residing in Kaloor, Kadavanthra or nearby areas will be given preference.
