Job Summary

Floor Collections is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Field Marketing Executive to generate leads, develop new business opportunities, and expand market presence in the tiles, granite, and sanitaryware industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to construction sites, builders, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Generate sales leads and promote tiles, granite, sanitaryware, and related products.
- Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships.
- Identify recent markets, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.




- Achieve assigned sales and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with showroom sales teams and maintain field visit reports.

Requirements
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Experience in tiles and sanitaryware showrooms, construction, architecture, interior design, or building materials is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in field sales and marketing may also apply.
