eld Collection Executiv Job Title: Field Collection Executive Department: Collection/ Recovery Job Type: Full-Time Job Location: Field Work (Assigned Area) Job Responsibilities Visit customers at their registered addresses for payment collection and follow-ups. Collect pending payments and overdue installments as per company guidelines.
- Remind customers about outstanding dues and payment deadlines. Maintain regular follow-ups through phone calls and field visits. Update daily collection reports and customer payment status. Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by the company.
- Maintain professional communication and positive customer relationships. Submit daily rep :o the Team Leader or Reporting Manager Eligibility Criteria • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Minimum 10th /12th pass preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Must be comfortable with fieldwork and local travel. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred, if required for the assigned area. Knowledge of local areas will be an advantage.
