Scaler is looking for experienced Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and helping engineers build strong practical skills.
As an FDE Instructor, you will take live classes for working professionals, helping them strengthen their technical fundamentals and develop the skills required to solve real-world engineering challenges through a structured, outcome-driven curriculum.
What We Offer
- Part-time, remote instructor role with a commitment of approximately 10-12 hours per week.
- Weekday classes, typically on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Compensation of up to ₹16,000 per class, with many instructors earning approximately ₹2 lakhs per month, depending on the number of classes and module allocation.

Who Should Apply?
- 4+ years of engineering experience, including at least 1-2 years in customer-facing, deployment-heavy, or Forward Deployed Engineering roles.
