Job Overview

CGH Earth is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented F&B; Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage service operations at Rann Riders, Dasada, Gujarat.

The successful candidate will supervise restaurant service staff, maintain service and hygiene standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and support smooth restaurant operations. The role requires solid communication, team coordination, and a commitment to responsible and sustainable hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant operations during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Allocate staff duties, coordinate shifts, and monitor team performance.
- Maintain restaurant setup, buffet presentation, table settings, and service standards.
- Ensure team members have adequate knowledge of menus, beverages, ingredients, and dietary requirements.
- Train and guide staff on service procedures, grooming, guest interaction, and upselling.
- Monitor cleanliness, personal hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices.
- Maintain operating supplies, cutlery, crockery, glassware, linen, and restaurant equipment.
- Monitor stock levels, breakages, and wastage, and report replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments.
- Assist with special dining arrangements, group meals,



and themed dining events.
- Collect guest feedback and communicate service improvement opportunities to management.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and applicable operational requirements.
- Promote sustainable practices, responsible resource use, and waste reduction.
- Maintain operational checklists, duty records, and shift handover reports.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel, resort, or restaurant.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and supervisory skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with restaurant POS systems.
- Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices.
- Ability to manage busy service periods while maintaining service quality.
- A positive attitude, professional grooming, and a guest-focused approach.

Work Location Rann Riders, Dasada, Gujarat, India.

This is an on-site position.
