Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement recent design concepts and ideas for women's fashion.

- Lead a team of designers to create high-quality designs that meet the company's standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.

- Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of the competition.

- Create prototypes and samples of designs for feedback and approval.

- Ensure all designs are made with high-quality materials and manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer or Design Lead in the industry.

- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Familiarity with design software and tools is an advantage.
