Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Fashion

Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing collections that reflect LUVIRA VELDOR’s design philosophy, with a robust emphasis on distinctive silhouettes, refined details, and high-quality materials. Day-to-day tasks include researching trends and fabrics, sketching and rendering designs, selecting textiles, coordinating with pattern makers and tailors, and overseeing fittings to ensure exceptional fit and finish.



The role involves close collaboration with production teams to translate design concepts into well-constructed garments, as well as working with brand and merchandising teams to maintain consistency across collections.

The Fashion

Designer is expected to contribute creative ideas, maintain detailed design documentation, and support continuous improvement in craftsmanship and product quality.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Fashion Design and Fashion, with the ability to create cohesive, original collections aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
- Experience with Embroidery and decorative detailing to enhance garment individuality and refinement.
- Proficiency in Textiles, including fabric selection, drape, and material behavior for both design and construction.
- Hands-on expertise in Fitting, including prototyping, sample reviews, and final adjustments for precise silhouettes.
- Relevant education in Fashion Design or a related field (diploma or degree preferred).
- Ability to sketch by hand and/or use digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CAD software) for technical and creative drawings.
- Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making basics, and production processes.
- Attention to detail, strong aesthetic judgment, and the ability to work on-site in a collaborative studio and workshop environment.
- Previous experience in high-end or premium fashion brands is an advantage.
